Super unhappy with the services of Revolut. I cannot deposit money on this account in any way, the deposits are not accepted or fail and the option of adding using a card is not available in the app at least for mine. No easy way to get help to solve the problem. Frustrating! Open is easy, but once you have a problem is a nightmare!

App is decent, and the process to get your business approved is straightforward. The reason I am giving it 2 stars is due to the unbelievable 300% increase in fees in the span of a few days for converting currencies (from £27 to £77 on the same amount, $6500). EDIT: Reached out to customer support & was explained it was due to the weekend having a different exchange fee. Checked today & it was back down. App gave multiple errors when trying to exchange full amount. Had to exchange a fraction.

I've tried to open a business account and I don't think I am particularly slow or stupid but the experience is painful to say the least. I cannot get my phone verified. I contacted Revolut through FB and eventually got a resonse asking me to contact Revolut through business app. Despite my best efforts I cant do this. If Revolut set out to make the most inaccessible and user unfriendly system they have certainly succeeded.
