Scan & Go is terrific in the store. Fast scanning and checkout. Today I discovered the fresh installation of exit scanners at the exit doors. They're not operational yet, but hopefully in the next few days. Hooray! if that eases the clog at the exit. It's easy to get into the store. Not so easy to get out. (when there's a ridiculously long line for the receipt scan) The giant scanners should solve that problem. See my latest photo. Shopping at home using the app is straightforward and quick.

Really makes shopping more bearable. The scan and go is good, but lately, on the s24 ultra, it is choosing the wrong camera. The camera can not focus on the barcode. The cafe option rarely has the full pizza option. And lately, the notification logs me out, but if I closed them, it let's me directly in like it's supposed to, so I'm not sure what is happening.

This app is wonderful except for one thing. There is no way to return your items via the app. You have to either call in email or something there is not a simple return link on the purchase page. Returns are much easier in the Walmart app. This is ridiculous. Fix it Sam's club I should not have to call or email someone to simply return an item. I'm thinking about canceling my Sam's club account simply because of this.
