Furthermore, the 4G service experiences occasional disruptions. Attempts to contact customer service have resulted in extended hold times exceeding 15 minutes, with no successful connection.

Home fibre connection is not working more than week and no response from the customer service team and technical team. Just telling that we are working on it.
