Ratings and reviews

I appreciate the effort taken to make the app, it works pretty well most of the time. I however think it'll work even better if it had a more aesthetically pleasing UI. Everything is pretty basic and that kinda makes it look bland. Also, the in-app ads about the other services you offer. I'd prefer if they weren't present altogether as 99% of users probably never click them anyways.

I have always liked Standard Chartered Bank, but lately, my experience has been disappointing. I can’t even give your app a star anymore, as it has been incredibly frustrating, especially during emergencies. The app keeps loading indefinitely, and despite my efforts to uninstall and reinstall it, the situation remains unchanged. I have been trying to access my account since this morning, and I am still unable to do so. This has been a recurring issue throughout this month,

It's a great app but I will give it a 4 star because of one issue I have. If someone sends money via mpesa please ask the developers to include the name of the sender in the Stanchart message. It's hard to track the names of the sender if there are multiple transactions. The statement takes a bit longer and it will only provide the number of the sender.
