My experience with selfdrive was terrible from start to finish. I reserved a specific car, but when I arrived they handed me a different one because the one I booked was suddenly “not available”. I called them many times about issues with the replacement car, and they simply did not care. They also promised that my deposit would be refunded after one month, and now they changed their story to 30 working days. This company is unreliable, careless, and completely unprofessional. Avoid them !

worst experience ever would not recommend to use this app to anyone you'll not be able to find them and other company numbers are on their app they took the car I paid for and replaced it with different car without the same options and they refused to assist me I had to call for this replacement car myself with HERTZ which is more worse experience and they refused to compensate me for what I paid extra, really the worst experience this is what happens when you look for cheap companies as such

Great app , easy to use however customer service is even better. An agent by the name of Tamer assisted me from start to finish . This took almost a week as I had some special requests and delays from my side however Tamer was patient, attentive and responsive. I ended up going for a 3 month option instead of 1 month due to the service received. Would recommend!
