The convenience is great. But ever since the implementation of BUDI95, payment has been confusing as hell. I only allocate a certain amount for refuelling every month. But over the last two months, I've not been able to refuel to a full tank no matter what. The app always informs me that the amount in my account is never enough, but upon completion, the amount deducted from the account is way less than was initially informed.

Trouble some app, my account was restricted for more than one month now since I download. My money stuck inside but cannot be used to purchase. I'm not allowed to use saying that my account restricted but they accept my money when I first top up. I prefer to use Shell app more convenient and easy. Setel more hard than bank account. They keep my money but denied to purchase fuel. In fact my account already verified.

while paying for fuel, there's 2 toggles, one is for Budi and another one is Mesra points. I accidentally toggled the Mesra and it redemeed my points without confirmation. This is bad design, the toggle for Mesra points was not there before this Budi scheme. After contacting support team, they're unable to refund my points. Worst design decision ever.
