Ratings and reviews

I keep getting a message in the app stating that the service will not continue if I don't recharge. I try to click on the link and it brings me nowhere saying that I'm missing information or I try to find info about it and there's nothing. When purchasing the frame no information about any additional service was ever listed anywhere. I'm extremely disappointed

We bought the frame as a Christmas present for my mom.. the frame was satisfactory.. the app constantly wants to know our location.. there is no reason why this app needs that kind of information.. freakin ridiculous we will not buy this product again.. oh and there is no way it allows to connect to a laptop for pic uploading to frame.. it wants the phone used and u have to be connected to internet for any pictures to load.. another ridiculous hoop u have to jump through.. friggin stupid!

Not very good to start. Downloaded about 10 minutes ago. Sent pics to my mother's frame, then it just kept closing. Not sure what's wrong but I hope that gets fixed.
