As other reviewers have mentioned, the app cuts off your call if you leave it - makes scheduling the next appointment very difficult to do! Also, the app took over my phone and put it into call mode, making the audio connection to my car fail. Only after taking away its permissions did the problem resolve itself. Besides that, it is fairly easy to use. Just has some pretty annoying quirks that make me choose the web version every time.

It works fine if you're IN the app, but don't try to multitask, like look at your calendar or prescriptions, it will not run in the background. Trying to jump back to the app can cause a nonstop "loading" message, and I have to completely kill the app and click my link again, taking up time during my appointment. (Pixel on Android 16 QPR1)

Every time I have to use the app on my phone, I have some kind of audio issue. Today, the app would not allow me to use a Bluetooth audio device and did not even show any audio device in the settings, so the only option was to blast the sound through the phone speakers. It is ridiculous. A medical app should support PRIVACY above almost everything else.
