(Additional note 4 people who got with Drivetime) I was super excited that this had a feature that'd help me track milage. It doesn't work consistently at all. Some days it tracks. Others it doesn't. I have put around 600 miles on my car with this app and it has tracked a total of 190. ***If you got this with Drivetime you can have them remove this and it's mostly hassle free. Contact Drivetime or SilverRock for more info.

The app asked me for a review, so here goes. First, I would like to point out that after reading the reviews, I have chosen not to update the app to LoJack Go, and am still using GoldStar Connect. That being said, my location is tracking somewhat accurately. The issue is that the duration of each drive is being shown as zero seconds, and as much as I would love that to be true (because that's teleporting) it's not true and I would like for the trip time to be recorded properly.

70% of the time, the app performs as it should. However the remainder of the time the app fails to locate and doesn't inform you when the vehicle enters or exits marked areas. Contact Goldstar about it and they will reset it and then the app functions flawlessly for about a week. I have had this system now for 9 months. When it works, it is very beneficial. Overall it is not a bad system but could use some improvements.
