Easy to use. One problem is my fingerprint authentication fails every time and it says the services and available but on my information is still there and I just have to click login not sure why the fingerprint thing messes up every time. There's also neat things you can find in there about rebates and stuff like that that are really helpful. And you can pull up your previous bills and check your energy use and contact Santee Cooper directly as well

Overall the app does what it's supposed to do. The biometric part does not work. I get an error message and then I enter user name and password. I've cleared the cache and I get the same message I uninstalled and installed the app again. I get the same message. I like the biometric option-when it works. This app the biometric does not work at all. I would have rated 5 stars if the biometric functioned.

Your app took all of my info and at the very last stage asked me to confirm a password, which once confirmed still did not work, so then I went to your website, got to last step, pressed pay bill, and nothing happened again. On top of that you said by paying at your website you are not have to pay an extra fee but that was a lie. Your app stinks.
