I can't create an account- it asks for first and middle name as in passport, which I have entered correctly, but when I click the 'continue' button it gives me an error saying "name should be less than 40 characters and will supports only alphabets and space". My name is less than 40 characters and I have only added one space between first and last name, no other characters.

Click Manage booking, enter all fields except Title as the field has a defect and fails to drop down. Click Next to submit but system wouldn't proceed as Title is a mandatory field. Unable to submit sigh!! The app is really lousy, no wonder so many bad reviews....

app will not me log in at all. please fix asap. have tried re setting passwords. reinstalled app. nothing works. can log in via Web browser only
