The app utilizes the same bank-level security that protects you when you’re on Tompkins Digital Banking for desktop. The app also features a unique 4-digit passcode setting that prevents unauthorized access.

GETTING STARTED
To use the Tompkins Community Bank Mobile App, you must be enrolled as a Tompkins Community Bank Digital Banking user. If you currently are a Digital Banking user, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

For 2 days I've tried to transfer money. The app doesn't show a "from" option!

Very rarely have issues with it. *and 2 years later I still very rarely have issues with it.
