The cost for a single load of laundry is $2/machine and they have no way of telling you if the door on the dryer gets opened midway through the load. I have had to restart loads multiple times (paying $2 extra each time) because of the dryer door opening in the middle of a load of laundry. They also force you to add at least $10 whenever you run out of money on the app, which feels extremely predatory as I can see no way of getting that money back if I move before using all of the money.

The machines have so many issues you can tell they're cheap. water always leaks and maintenance takes 3 months to come out to fix them when you put a service ticket in. If you could just put quarters in like back in the day instead of everything being online, maybe these machines wouldn't be so sensitive. This rating won't change a thing either!

Convenient But Pricey. I like being able to see when the machines are done from my room and having an itemized list of expenses in my history, but goodness, it's so expensive! One feature that would be very handy to include in the future would be a way to export the expense report for reimbursement or taxes if the laundry is covered by business expenses or insurance issues. Right now, our only option seems to be screen shots.
