Ratings and reviews

The app is like it MyChart didn't work. Saying it's like the Temu version of MyChart would be incredibly insulting to Temu. I have the utmost trust in my provider or I wouldn't have tolerated this long enough to have called the help desk to activate my account that somehow didn't flow into the system (true story). I'm not entirely convinced it's even an app. It may just be a flash game with a few medical sounding images.

Everything I click on seems to come up blank, especially my upcoming schedule. It says I have an appointment coming up, but when I click into that section, nothing is populated. I had to change an appointment today and could not manage it from the app. I just went in and did it on my computer.
