Ratings and reviews

The app does not work properly, push notifications when alarms go off do not work. Contacted by admin, who took the info but no resolution to date. Further to the response provided by Tyco, on repository synchronization. This cannot be possible as all other features of the app continue to work except for push notifications. Really? Tyco needs to do better.

Too slow to log in with fingerprint and pin. Also the main controls you use frequently to arm and disarm only appear once you swipe up. These should be the first things visible to users. Also my phone is on silent and on occasion a siren goes off to let me know the alarm has armed. It should not be doing this. Happens about 30% of the time.

I have push notifications enabled for Alarms and Arm/Disarm events but I do not receive notifications. I only receive any notifications. I made a lot of tests, i see in app that alarm was trigered but no notifications. Im using Samsung S22 ultra with Android 12 and note S20 ultra with android 11 and for both not working. Edit: i contact you on provided email 3 times with all details and i didnt get any replay. worst support for si important part in house ever
