After 2 years of not working and reading a previous post about how to fix, it wasn't quite right but got me going in the right direction, I an able to use again. As a note you need to clear cache and data after it's installed. Not before uninstalling although I did try that as mentioned and it still required to be cleaned after reinstall.

I have not had occasion to report an issue, using this app. I have tried searching for past issues with various filters and the app doesn't show any reports, even when search over multi-year time periods. I don't think this capability is working properly.

Existing Android users, you will need to completely uninstall the app before upgrading (the app leaves behind cached data): 1. Go to Settings > General 2. Select “Apps & notifications,” “Application Manager,” or “Apps,” depending on your version of Android 3. Tap App Info 4. Select My Oceanside and tap Storage 5. Select “Clear data” and/or “Clear cache.” There may also be a “Manage data” option to clear additional data. Now you can Uninstall to prepare your phone for the upgrade
