The app has so little integration with backend that it should be called a parody of an app. My order was undelivered by the time mentioned and it was still showing delivery around 8:17 pm for more than 2 hours . At the end I never got the product but there's no provision of refund which should be automated. Nor does it show that your order has been cancelled so you should reorder from else.The feedback web page available doesn't allow you to add your city and KFC store so you can never complain.

The KFC app is honestly the worst app I’ve ever used. It is full of technical glitches, constant payment issues, and completely unreliable order tracking. I placed two prepaid orders, and due to the app’s terrible system and errors, both ended up getting messed up. It’s been more than a week, and I still haven’t received my refund for either of the orders. To make it worse, the customer service is pathetic. No proper updates, no resolution, and absolutely no accountability.

Worst app ever! I placed an order for ₹750, and after 30 mins it showed “delivery partner assigned.” Then suddenly it said “DELIVERED” — but I never got the order or any call. Now the entire order details are missing from the app. The store number is wrong, and the complaint center said they couldn’t connect to the store (which has been open for 18 months!). Lost my ₹750, time, and patience. Horrible experience!
