The app has so little integration with backend that it should be called a parody of an app. My order was undelivered by the time mentioned and it was still showing delivery around 8:17 pm for more than 2 hours . At the end I never got the product but there's no provision of refund which should be automated. Nor does it show that your order has been cancelled so you should reorder from else.The feedback web page available doesn't allow you to add your city and KFC store so you can never complain.

Scammers. 3 star app, 1 star service. Really, really bad experience as a 1st time customer. After ordering my delivery order, the guy didn't arrive at the time they promised. I gave them 1/2 an hr. Nothing changed. I called them, which in itself was an ordeal. Finally after 20 minutes of trying, the 1st guy told me to wait for a callback from the store. 30 minutes, nothing yet. 2nd guy gives me a number to the store cause "they only take complaints". Tried the number & it didn't connect.

The worstest app I have ever used. None of the other food delivery or grocery apps never used to be this much irresponsible and worst. We ordered by 8:30, and the order haven't received by 11:30pm, despite multiple calls we made to kfc. and the delivery person was not picking the call also. and we were supposed to cancel the order, as we were waiting for 2 hrs and didn't had dinner yet. and they were telling multiple times that order will be received in 10 minutes. Such multiple 10 minutes.
