Ratings and reviews

This app works fairly well but has fairly limited functionality, especially for older cars. I am very disappointed that the newest version of the app, issued in October, has deleted one of the features I used regularly. It is no longer possible to download trip data. I used to download it each month in order to track my car's efficiency over time. I hope Audi restores that feature!

After the update, the app's more responsive, but many of the same problems exist. There is a large unnecessary image of a car pushing all the important information and buttons off the screen. Remote start, probably the most useful item, is hidden behind another layer of buttons and fails to work in most instances despite the app reporting success. My seven year old Kia had climate control and heated seat/steering options in the app, something not available here, and that car was half the price.

Nice app refresh with lots of functionality for the e-Tron. I would request a notification when charging stops. I get a notification when it has reached the charging target but not when there's a fault or it stops unexpectedly (like happened to me today). Hours wasted thinking it's charging when it's not. I have to check the app obsessively to catch things like this. So please, more notifications for charging status.
