i booked a service (cleaning) that was needed to be performed on time because of guests arriving. I've been waiting, writing and calling, but the cleaner didn't show up so at the last moment I called someone else and because it needed to happen on the same night, it costed me more. webel refunded what I paid but no compensation for the time I wasted and the additional costs I had. when something goes wrong - they take no responsibility.

App is super user friendly. Easy to use, with many options to choose from. Also easy to re-arrange when plans change. Excellent customer service team. Will definitely use again in the future. Not just for cleaning but other services around the home as more professionals are added to the app

Edit: Finally managed to get a cleaner and the service provided was satisfactory. **Waste of time. They accept and cancel and some don't show up. Made many bookings for a cleaner. No communication to know what's going on.
