You can book an appointment with a doctor, specialist, laboratory, or other expert quickly and easily. If you prefer not to visit in person, chat or video appointments bring an expert to your home around the clock.

I've been experiencing the same issues for several months now. After the initial (expected) fingerprint check, the app still demands a Pin, even with biometric login enabled. The PIN screen also fails to open the keyboard unless tapping precisely in the middle of the input area. After that, an identification step appears, and once completed, the app freezes on a blue screen. Hoping this can be addressed soon.

Attaching an image to chat is not working optimally (no "uploading" signs). Some slowness in the app.

Cannot log in because I need to open an another app to verify it's me. Inconveniently, switching apps makes the whole process fail. Literally unusable. Edit: You can work around the issue by trying to switch your phone's default brosser (eg. Firefox->Chrome)

- We’ve made managing family profiles easier: Adding or switching a child now takes you automatically to the correct section.
- Surgery appointments are now visible on the home page with clear labels and instructions.
