A good start, but I'd like to see more features, like creating your own goals/stepping up to more advanced goals; allowing more than 3 goals per food group daily; connecting your MyPlate 101 results so you can account for your daily calorie and food group needs; the ability to track your total daily intake per food group; and accounting for exercise, even if it's a simple feature. Also, adding new goals hurts your past stats, and a weekly seafood goal is treated as a daily goal.

Not at all what I thought it would be. I expected to have my "plan" in the app so I could track if I was meeting it, like track that I got my 2 servings of fruit, etc. This just gives you little tasks like "start the day with... Have with lunch/dinner... With another food group". I didn't need it to tell me when to eat something I just wanted an easy way to keep track I was meeting my daily amounts.

Honestly not a useful app. I love the method of tracking servings of each food group, but why can't I do exactly that in the app? And I can't take the quiz in the app? Or enter in my specific amounts? Yes, you can get ideas for little habits to build which can be helpful. But you can't do any personalization in the app which is just a bummer. Still searching for an easy way to track servings/portions. Disappointed in this app.
