Important Notes:

Before using this app, you will need to acquire an account PIN number directly from your provider. You will not be able to log-in to the Patient Portal without this PIN number. If you need assistance with your account PIN or the app itself, please contact your healthcare provider directly. InteliChart does not have access to this information.

What you can see and do within the Patient Portal app depends on which features your doctor has enabled. If you have questions about the features that are available to you or you notice certain functionality is missing, please contact your healthcare organization directly.

Keeps freezing. Trying to open documents but they don't open. Also, in billing we need to see the actual bill and what it was for not just an amount due. This app could be great with these fixes. Right now it is just frustrating.

Works on PC but doesn't load any information on phone app. Delete/reinstall did not fix it. Now I will get a go to feedback to help fix problem but where is the feedback link? Would prefer to go back to previous version that worked.

When you update the app, you have a Split screen with the sign in and the update. Now, if you don't update it Kix you right out of the original app, then once you update it, you have a Split screen. There is no changing of appointments in the app. This is the Android version. To me it is a piece of c***
