it is ok but it does not have certain common things also the biggest drawback is that oce you order something there is no option to returning and you are stuck with that unwanted product....I gave a request for exchange within 5 mins of order you the customer care told me that the exchange window is closed and there is nothing they can do....that a major drawback of this app

Very bad experience. Orders are not delivered on time, and one of my orders arrived with a missing item. Only when I raised a complaint did they inform me that the item was unavailable. I had to cross-check carefully to understand this; otherwise, most customers wouldn’t even notice. It feels like they are making money through such practices.

very bad customer service. my items are missing in the last few orders. one time the delivery guy forgot but then sent it to me. again it happened and they are denying the fact. I lost my money and I didn't get the item. one of the worst apps to use .
