I was chatting with an agent, and was surprised to know how VERY INCONVENIENT requesting a higher credit limit is. You've to first actually close your savings space/business credit, and wait for 3mons to reapply. 😵 Wio is making it extremely hard for its customers when it could be simply done by reviewing and approving/rejecting the request. You need to reassess your policies if you want to keep long-term customers. 👎🙅‍♂️

May be the worst bank of the UAE, when things are going well then its fine, as soon as you face an issue, you will find nobody to assist you, I called and spoke for 14 minutes to get my issue resolved but unsuccessful, I started chat on WhatsApp at 7:30pm and till 4am I kept on discussing but unsuccessful, completely unprofessional and untrained staff, they do not have enough information to assist others, 3 representative left and transferred my chat other, and he starts over from verification

The WORST online banking experience in the UAE for businesses. They depend on delivery couriers to vet confidential documents. they also don't admit when they have made an error and cost us major losses due to such errors. the customer service has no real power to address issues. I'm taking my company's account elsewhere to cut my losses and stop wasting my time with WIO. Update: Despite their reply nothing resolved. They are taking SO LONG in closing the account that our company will be fined.
