About this app

MyDigital ID is an identity management and transaction signing platform. Contemporary implementations are often vulnerable, arising from various factors e.g. hostile applications on device, insecure communication channels and server-side storage of user credentials/keys i.e. roaming certificates. MyDigital ID is designed with the objectives to address these vulnerabilities.

MyDigital ID offers the following:
• Strong security characteristic with a stringent 3-pass authentication mechanism for every transaction.
• A convenient and secure way for third party applications to use the digital identity of mobile device users for authentication and digital signing.
• Open ecosystem with systematic establishment of trustworthiness by users and mobile service providers

MyDigital ID app does not provide any digital ID. It requires 3rd party application to integrate with it.

Too bad no option for 0 star. Needed an OTP to use the app, waited for the email and did not get it, apparently it's in the spam folder. You are a government app, why is the email there?? And then the screen is not optimised, can insert the pin number but cannot click enter. Can't scroll, can't use the enter button. Thanks to this, now i cannot go into myhasil website.

Very stupid system. No way to recover password and need to revoke and redo everything. And for face recognition another stupid idea, need to have almost the same look and hair as the ic to be able to pass the verification (Who is the genius doing this). Do something like two factor verification would be a better idea. How on earth u store the password?why my correct password failed after sometime not using the system? U think user very free to keep reset every now and then?

I tried to register Online, It won't let me Register saying I key in wrongly, but everything is Correct, next I went to Kiosk at tealive, failed to read my IC, went to another tealive same thing, went to jpn to change my IC, they say nothing is wrong with my IC, Guys if the app you are creating is having technical issues please don't make us adapt and use. it's not even properly ready yet but My bayar Saman and Myjpj already implemented it.
