About this app

The ConnectNetwork mobile app provides quick access to our most popular services. Using the app, you can create a ConnectNetwork account, manage your account information, make deposits into various accounts, send Messages, photos and videos to your loved ones, and (NEW) take advantage of Walk-In-Retail (Pay by cash) as an alternative to using a credit card.




Our features are based on the facility. To find out which features are available to your inmate, please add them to your account.

o AdvancePay Phone (Prepaid Collect)
o Trust Fund (Inmate Trust Account)

o PIN Debit (Inmate Phone Account)

o Walk-In-Retail, a new convenient cash payment method


• Messaging (Email)



o View your Messaging inbox, send and compose messages, and save drafts

o Use your credit or debit card to purchase Message credits

o Add a photo or video attachment to your Message

o Depending on the facility, send credits to receive a reply

Ratings and reviews

This app is great! Sometimes there's a bug and when I send a message it says it was sent but it was not. So now I just make sure to copy the message before sending it just in case. Other than that, the app is wonderful! Messages are 25 cents to send! 1 credit is a quarter! Not bad! Could definitely be way worse. County charges 50 to send a note and 150 for a picture!

Easy to put $ on but often difficult to get messages sent thru after I hit check the agree box and hit send so I now have to save what I wrote in the drafts in case it doesn't go thru when I send it. That way there is a draft saved to try again later with. Not sure if it's my phone or app but it's been like this since downloading it so I think it's the app! I will update my rating after I upgrade my phone in a couple of weeks if this improves or not!

UPDATE: Its most recent app update has completely deleted my account!! Oh my...when I first downloaded it was great, now about 6 months in its horrible. Can't log in, changed my password, reinstalled several times. No response from support...very irritated. Still have 3 years to deal with this junk!! Weeks later n still the same issues, worked sort of for a minute now again im not able to login on app or online. Pops error report that disappeared before I can read it! Very very frustrating!!
