since I haven't worked out in years and starting today the timing was enough and I feel I'll be ready by noon to do more. the fact that it was doable was the encouragement to do this 3 times a day is great for now. my complaint is I didn't know how to position my hands. more information on how to do the exercises first before just jumping in and get going. I'll get it soon enough I'm ready to do this again.

I chose the beginner level and I find myself enjoying the workout. It's easy to follow and I am well-motivated to continue doing the exercises everyday. I love doing Tai chi❣️

It would be great if one can have access to an in person centre for training before moving on to the app tutor.
