A previous update of the app used to say there were never any rides available. They "fixed" this and now it will always book a ride for you in at least 6 min. But very often the driver doesn't seem to be aware of the booking, and you're left standing in the cold staring at the van parked literally on the next street wondering when it will start moving. Of course the app always says "1 min away".

Horrible experience with the new app and the red-eye service in total. It's nearly impossible to get a seat, as everything is booked out (even if vans are half empty). For the couple of times where I was lucky to get a seat, the van was delayed by more than 20 minutes. Therefore the pickup time is useless. In some cases my reservation completely disappeared without notice...after I waited for over 40 minutes. I would have walked faster but I prefer not to walk thru sketchy areas in the night.

the reduced coverage and fixed drop off point defeats the whole purpose of the app. redeye was used for safety, however if I have to get off at a fixed spot and then walk during the night, how am I safe?
