I had a terrible experience with their chat support. My order was stuck on "preparing order" for over two hours, and despite multiple agents assuring me that someone would call, no one ever did. I ultimately had to cancel the order. Since then, I’ve been following up about the refund—they claimed it’s been processed, but I still haven’t received it.

worst experience ever. lots of bugs. can't modify address if instructions includee, cart empties after I change branch, and order from months ago is stuck on "On its way" status, address shown in delivery guy side is just the landmark and not the pinned location. there's more bugs than mentioned.

Scheduled an order for delivery. Delivery time has come but the order status is still "preparing". Sent a help ticket and after a few minutes the store called me saying they just received the order. What even is the purpose of a scheduled delivery in this app?
