Ratings and reviews

Useless customer service. They don't have a purpose. Whenever they mess up an order (missing items, 1 hour non-delivery, incorrect order), which is often, they don't resolve anything. Absolutely no point in having a customer support option if their only solution is call the store every time (who doesn't call even though multiple chats say they will.) Better to order through other apps like foodpanda, you get better deals and if they mess up the order (rarely), it gets resolved within the chat.

I had a terrible experience with their chat support. My order was stuck on "preparing order" for over two hours, and despite multiple agents assuring me that someone would call, no one ever did. I ultimately had to cancel the order. Since then, I’ve been following up about the refund—they claimed it’s been processed, but I still haven’t received it.

worst experience ever. lots of bugs. can't modify address if instructions includee, cart empties after I change branch, and order from months ago is stuck on "On its way" status, address shown in delivery guy side is just the landmark and not the pinned location. there's more bugs than mentioned.
