I was asked to update my info b4 I can access my acct. After providing the necessary update required, an Error Prompt "Invalid Format" appeared. (Invalid Format What??? - It doesn't say) So, I uninstalled the app after several attempts resulting in the same invalid format prompt. Upon, re-installing, I was asked for my Mobile Number and Password which doesn't match (???) even if I inputted what was exactly written on my list/notes. So, I'm left with no choice but to opt for the "Forgot Password

As of Nov 10: Customer support still not responding. As of Nov 8, 2025, after updating the app from Google play store, this app is still not working, and I'm still encountering "difficulty trying to connect to server" With the latest version 7.0.2, I'm not able to log in for 4 days already, tried all the trouble shooting steps given by the Help Center team and still not working. I've been following up to the Union Digital team and they rarely respond. Please fix this ASAP.

Why can't I log-in to my account? Some apps have virus and this app was included, so I uninstalled the group and this app. I searched for this app(gone), re-installed and I could not log-in back as it immediatel closed once I clicked open. I have an amount saved on this account. Please act on this immediately.
