Ratings and reviews

Less than one star was not an available option. Tried paying prepaid & postpaid bills and transactions didn't materialise despite lapse of more than two weeks while balance was deducted. Further, low balance message appeared while attempting a transaction when the amount was maintained in balance. Not a recommended wallet at all. Complaints lodged with helpline were closed as resolved without any change in status of transactions.

Changed my Review because even though it says my phone is not rooted I can still use it if I click somewhere else on the screen other than on "OK" which exits the app automatically. The app is ok. Only suggestion is, an UI change will make the app far richer and better like UPTCL. I'll change my review again if I find updates that improve the app.

A very useful and user friendly digital wallet application. The application itself is easy to understand and follow as per apps menu. Apart from that Network coverage which I personally state that is each Telecommunication companies problems arose so as per my knowledge these issues will be resolved soon.
