im changing my review from 5 to 3 stars. because of one reason. if you have maintenance and any problem with the app or the system, PLEASEEE it should be known to us from the very beginning. not to the point I Already place my money on the Ooredoo Wallet and then you will post a message within the app that there's a system problem. I need to need money ASAP if i knew that i cant make a transfer using your app, i will find another way to send money. keep crushing. 24.08.25

worst app, high service charge and very bad service, shows on the app same day delivery but it took 4 days, while trying increasing limits they will ask 100 questions and proofs, adhar, voter id, passport, Qid, salary certificate, birth certificate, death certificate, ration card, bank passbook etc .... very bad service
