App has a well-laid out UI and interaction flows, makes it super easy and convenient to book train travel, with a decent set of options for payments. However, the app lets you book trains that are cancelled without telling you until AFTER you pay. If you bought a non-SJ journey you can't even get an automatic refund even though their system clearly knows the train is cancelled.

wouldnt load location and then refused to search available trains. I restarted my phone and checked my internet was working, all fine. Usually the app works fine but because it didnt work and needed to catch a train i spent 100sek extra on a booking fee. Which is an absolute scam when the train tickets are already some of the most expensive in Sweden. Because the membership also wouldnt load i couldbt claim points. id there a way that the membership qr foesnt need to reload each time you open ap

i like how easy and effortlessly tou can book a trip but I don't like that you can't see what track you are supposed to be on or that it's just really hard to find
