After the update, the new user interface is not customer friendly. Also unable to add new card information. Tried calling the hotline but was brushed off and told to keep uninstalling and reinstalling the app until it works. Staff refused to take down the error code and escalate the issue claiming that they could only do so if the error was replicated after the app was u installed and reinstalled after a few hours. Utterly shameful managment.

I've rated 5 stars last year, March 2024. But drop it down to 1 star, as there are too many unknown errors. Tried creating a family account and had upgraded my daughter Conssession card to Simply Go . Still can't add! Very³ user unfriendly. The same goes for the EZ-LINK app. It also failed to log in. After i log out from it. Can't even reset the password. Had email them, just waiting for their reply.

Messy. The new version doesnt show the period for the lump sum that is being charged and to make matter worst, there were separate charges on two consecutive days which even make things more confusing and unable to match with daily line items. It used to be good.
