I love this app! its the perfect app for anyone wanting to get into boxing or just wanting to hit the punching bag at the gym! I use it a few times a week at my local gym. The app has some great features that allow you to customize your session and work on punch combos. 5 stars!!

I don't normally review apps, but I have tried SO MANY boxing apps, and this is the only one I found that really hits my needs. -customizable combos+pre set combos -optional movement/kick/block options -fully customizable sessions with different sets and breaks -audible punch call outs in name or number -NO social aspect or "live" trainers -good UI I had a few notes of feedback and feature suggestions, to which I got prompt replies from the dev, and agreement to implement at least one of them.

Don't rate many things but the devs of this app are great. once you get how it works it's very flexible to be able to get what you want out of it. I sent thru an issue or 2 I was having and some feedback to their support team. And within 2 days they were fixed/added. in terms of usage for a small one off payment you can create a session with whatever sets/breaks you want, & adjust the speed. Now you can also get it to call punch numbers instead of words, which can get overwhelming
