My app has worked pretty fine for years, for some reason it hasn't worked the last 2-3 months!!! EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING AND INCONVENIENT!! UPDATE: MY app still isn't working and has been deleted for months. Im also not able to get on the website. Im not understanding what's happening here. I haven't been able to access my account for months. Like omgg❗️🤦🏽♀️

the app is wonderful to have, makes things much easier, but recently I've been having issues with the app. it has been getting stuck on the login, just completely freezes there, I can't log in at all. This has happened a handful of times, and has lasted for a week the last time. currently having the issue right now.

The system will never change my number or let me. It never lets me get my alerts or emails and simply says error at the top every damn time it says call 211 who is of no help either most of the time. My information is always late getting to me and you can be penalized. This app has caused me to lose my food stamps once. Fix this or get rid of it. It's also hard to navigate for people who aren't tech savvy. Horrible navigation. Too much to list here
