Ratings and reviews

Good experience, but the credit limit doesn't improve. I'm a working professional and still my credit limit remained the same as ut was when I was a student. I updated almost every detail of my Job and there was no increment in the credit limit. I could have easily give a 5* if they'd understand the difference between a student and a working professional and increase the credit limit accordingly.

I don't recommend it. They say immediate account opening and card activation but that's not the case. It's been 20 days since I applied for account and credit card and they offered credit limit as well. However account wasn't opened yet let alone credit card. Customer service is of no use they kept saying that my application is on wait list and not sure about the timeline either. We can't reach out to them via phone or call service and the chat service in app is worst. It doesn't work.

Better Options Available Easily I applied for the credit card, but even after two months or more, the application was not processed. In the meantime got the credit cards from other better institutions. For the secured card and the amount of personal data you share, I really won't recommend this to anyone. Much better options are available easily. Very bad service, not reliable at all.
