Used to be a nice hub to watch all your packages. Not so much anymore. Email and Amazon are linked. Yet almost no orders add to the app. Email is always fastest, this app is a middle-man. I enjoyed this app and how they keep the orders that haven't shipped yet (i.e. Pre-orders) in a separate tab. But email always fastest. Now happening with other couriers. Going to delete account soon, seems there's no point to this app if it's not going to update 90% of orders, even after linking your email.

The app is ok for tracking if you get it right the first time. Very unforgiving. Cannot edit the info once a tracking # is added, which is great if you're perfect. If you make a mistake entering the tracking # or it doesn't detect the correct carrier, you have to delete it and do it all over again. You can report a wrong carrier, but that doesn't mean it will change. Doesn't re-add orders from email once deleted, even though you redo email connection. Lame.

This app definitely has possibilities, but it still needs a lot of work. One single order will create multiple entries in Route, and without looking up every routing number, there is no way to tell what order is which. When the item is delivered, one of the pair will say "delivered", but the other one will not. The app doesn't really give you any more information that either Amazon or Ebay, but at least, all your orders from multiple shippers will now be in one place.
