I have 2 vivatar wireless smart plugs, I use them when we go out of town to turn the lamps on and off to make it look like someone is at home. Well as we prepare to depart next week, I am spending the weekend setting up my cameras and smart plugs, but after a 1 hour plus the Viv Smart Security 2 App keeps crashing so setup is incomplete! I can not find a fix for this anywhere on the internet. The app keeps stating to clear the cache and restart, 20 + times, and it's still not working!!!

Keeps crashing when opened, then says clear cache or upload log. After you do both and even in the app settings directly it continues with the same message. FIX IT.***UPDATE***7/10/24- This app has increasingly been a pain in the @$$. For years I have been using this and within the last 2yrs problems! I have always set the alert sensitivity to LOW because the other settings would alert if the wind blew. NOW even with it low, a fly could move across the street and it goes off until you stop it..!

I have three Vivitar cameras and 4 outlets and recently found out that the original app for Android is not working. It said to use Vivitar Smart Security 2. It doesn't work either because it keeps crashing. Yes, I've cleared the cache, cleared the data, uninstalled the program and reinstalled. No change. Keeps crashing within 10 seconds. You guys need to fix this ASAP. I have quite an investment in your products, but THEY DON'T WORK WITH MY PHONE NOW.
