Ratings and reviews

Just got the worst directions EVER!!! Waze directed me the to the slowest, most congested route leaving downtown Seattle yesterday. I've started using the app a month ago, really enjoyed the traffic and Law Enforcement alerts on a road trip from Seattle to Missoula, MT. But I think those features have been added to Google maps, so that might make this app obsolete. Nice to use it with a touch screen, but without it not so much fun.

When selecting one of your many voice prompts, why not allow the app to provide a sample??? Instead, I have to exit all of the settings, initiate a drive, and then I can hear the voice I chose. It's a laborious process - please fix it. While you are at it, please add the ability to search the sound catalog.

I think it is absolutely ridiculous that it does not allow you to type when you are at a stop light. Seeing how you are prompted by the app to comment on objects, police, and construction, and you have the ability to add items that apply to driving. How is that consistent with being safe being asked by the app to address the promts that come up on the screen
