Ratings and reviews

Emailed the app developers of issues in this app, no response. Cannot count on this app for where the shuttle is, a serious lag issue of where it's at in real time. It will say it's arriving ay my stop in 10 minutes, and 2 minutes later the shuttle has already passed my stop. The route that our shuttle takes, I have to wait 30+ minutes for the next one to arrive.

Terrible. Shuttles never on time, if they come at all. I've reported this problem AT LEAST four times. No response. GPS tracker is rarely correct and spins in circles. The app will say arriving and nothing ever comes. Then it will say departing but it never even came. It's really wasting my time and getting on my last nerve. I've been sitting here for 25 minutes while 2 shuttles were supposed to have come already. SMH. Edit: the third shuttle wasnt on time but at least it came

I have been trying to use this in Bryce Canyon National Park. Even with a good 5G signal, the app is miserably slow to start up. I waited over five minutes for it to load the map. The app does not appear to cache recently used maps, so I have to endure the wait every time I use it.
