- Don’t want to use mobile data to watch shows or movies, download up to 25 videos on Catch Up while on WIFI to enjoy offline later across 4 mobile devices.
- Want your own experience based on the sport, shows and movies you like to watch, setup up to 6 profiles to personalise each family members viewing experience.
- Want to plan your viewing in advance, add Catch Up items to your watchlist to come back to later or access the full 8-day TV Guide and set reminders to arrange your viewing.

I'm not happy with this latest update. 1. It freezes a lot. 2. In the past 5 days I have updated the app 3 times because in the middle of watching, it freezes and brings up the message to update, but nothing changes. Oh, and every update deletes all my downloads. 3. Catchup episodes are sorted in an ascending order. Having to scroll down all 259 episodes just to get to the one you want is not on. The previous one was working just fine. Latest episodes on top. 4. Streaming doesn't update watched

Firstly, I prefer the old version of the app. It was easier to find the TV series and movies that I wanted to watch. It was displayed better. Now I struggle to find anything efficiently because I can't see clearly what is actually available. Secondly, the app keeps crashing when I want to watch shows/movies that I downloaded CONSTANTLY! I've deleted and reinstalled many times but it does not fix the issue. It's very annoying.

update in 2025, It is hard to describe just how bad this app is. Especially on a smart TV. Navigation is bad and slow. Streaming is intermittent, even though none of the other 6 streaming apps on my TV have any issues. I don't get why you need to buffer, when your WiFi connection shows speed tests of 90Mbps+. It could really be so good. The content is so good. The access to sport is probably the best in the world. Their streaming service does not do them justice. Please fix it.
