My previous experience was resolved after signup, but sincerely, Multichoice is the worst to deal with. These are the facts: I paid for premium but couldn’t access the stream. I had to chat to support to get it going. The same support team cancelled my package immediately but did not refund the remainder of the month. Watch out - dealing with Multichoice is like dealing with the devil. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I am experiencing problems that I have never experienced before since I started using the app. It glitches a lot, it freezes after playing commercial adverts, it gets stuck on for like 5-10 minutes before it goes back to what one is actually watching. This is annoying, streaming is no longer enjoyable. Imagine watching a live show only to get stuck after every commercial break.

We were forced to move over from Showmax, which wasn't brilliant, but so much better than this. At double the price, definitely not worth it. This needs a LOT of work; subtitles just arrived now. Episodes get cut off right before the end. ADVERTS before each viewing, for something we pay for, and a very annoying antiquated copyright warning too. Content is extremely limited and mostly rubbish. If things don't improve rapidly, they're going to lose many many clients very very fast.
