Quick, easy and convenient. I havent used this app for a while but when I was in better shape it was the best mini core workout that I could do anywhere. Now I am finally back to focusing on my health after having children and what was once a finisher is now far more challenging. The app is free and will give you a nice little core workout with a breakdown of each workout. I cannot say anything bad about. I recommend it to friends all the time that want to get in better shape before summer!

I started with the intermediate level, and started to see the results from day 8 only and by reaching the day 20 it was getting better and better. I can also feel the hardness, I'm still working on it and expected to get the expected result on day 30. And one of the best thing is it provides very good instructions and rest days for the muscles as well.

Best workout app for us beginner and it sets you up for harder workouts as you progress and what's nice is that you are in control of settings to decide on levels of difficulty. Lost good amounts of weight in fats and body starting to trim up. Great stuff. My son has joined me and also works at his own pace. We are partners and encourage each other not to miss a day
