Freshservice is a refreshingly easy-to-use, simple-to-configure, ITIL based IT service desk management solution in the cloud. The productivity centric Freshservice mobile app has been designed keeping in mind an IT agent’s flexibility to stay connected, ‘on the go’. 1. Push notifications to stay on top of things.
2. Create or respond to tickets, assign it to agents, change its priority and due date, mark it as spam or delete it.
3. Prioritize and stay on top of tickets that matter the most with 9+ default views and unlimited custom views.

Ratings and reviews

App constantly freezes. If I haven't launched it in a few days I need to clear the data and re-authenticate. Edit: increasing my stars here, recently it seems to have been working fine! I'll give 5 if it keeps working.

We have a serious bug that needs to be fixed ASAP! All ticket replies are defaulting the "From" to the first "reply email" in the list for all companies. The web app is working fine, it's affectingthe Androidand iOS apps. We have already uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Please advise!

This app never opens on my mobile. Everytime when i open , i just get s black screen and the app crashes. Idk why do these companies release these unfinished app on the store. What is the hurry !!
