Ratings and reviews

This has been my go-to mapping app. It would be so helpful if the app would announce the street that you are to turn on instead of having to look at the phone or screen. This would especially be helpful when traveling in a large city with crazy traffic that's driving 90 to nothing. Also please fix the app freezing and crashing.

A wonderful daytime app on Android Auto. God have mercy on the soul of the person who tries using it at night after recent updates. It is incapable or unwilling to switch to night mode anymore. When it gets dark the driver loses the ability to look through the windshield due to the blinding white map display. Online help only points you back to settings that long ago quit working, but no one at Google seems to care anymore.

Something happened... Waze now thinks the freeway is 200 yards to the right, so I'm always driving down the center median! This results in Waze constantly giving wrong directions and recalculating the route. It's so bad, I've stopped using it. Waze needs an "Always avoid this intersection" feature. It is constantly trying to make me turn left at all intersection that has 6 lanes of traffic merging into one. That intersection alone adds 20 minutes to my drive time.
