It is very frustrating to order from here. I almost always have issues with deliveries and this is not the case with other food/grocery services. Their customer support is good, but to no avail; you don't always get a result. They have failed to return my money on multiple occasions, that too being their own fault. They fail to deliver sometimes, and vouchers that you pay for do not work sometimes.

During the registration process, I encountered difficulties in manually inputting my date of birth. The user interface requires scrolling through an extensive list of years, which is inconvenient and time-consuming. unfortunately, i had to delete the apps directly . I hope the developer fixes this in the upcoming updates.

Worst worst app. I am loosing points for unnecessary reasons , the transaction didn't pass through but still I lost my points. I want to pay e life bill through simles app. But useless Earlier for a food online payment same thing happened . When I complaint, they said they would revert back the points but it didn't. Why are you people fooling public. You are charging so heavily on elife products atleat you people owe a responsibility to the customers. Its our hard earned money. Horrible
