worst customer service ever!!!!! Do not use this app, if you have issues with your booking their customer service is useless. Their hotline is unreachable, they won't respond to your email. once they get your money, they won't care anymore.

Both the website and the app are non-functional. The website is always unavailable and suggests that I use the app instead. That’s why I downloaded the app. However, the app takes a long time—almost 15 to 30 minutes—to open, and sometimes it doesn’t open at all. My app is always up to date, and my internet connection is stable, so I infer that the problem lies with the app itself. I won't change my rating until the problem is solved.

whoever developed this app should get demoted. Dev team failed to see the issue that if you disable the app notification , the app will initially launch extremely slow. This should be first on the checklist for beta testing before deployment.
