Ratings and reviews

Turn off those bloody annoying prompts for My Medicare Clinic registration. When I first registered with My Medicare, I nominated my practice then. For something that's optional, it won't take no for an answer. In the app, it is bad enough, but sending texts is a flat invasion of privacy, and if it continues, I will report it as well as cancel my Hot Doc account.

Always easy to use, like the fact that all appointments / doctor on duty etc can be viewed and selected to suit other commitments. Appointments can also be made out of office/surgery hours. The fact that it doesn't clog up phones at doctors surgery reception is also appreciated by staff I would think

The HotDoc App is very easy to use and convenient when making a doctors appointment. you don't need to line up in a queue at the doctors clinic to make an appointment. I recommend anyone to use the HotDoc app it saves a lot of time. I am very happy with the app.
