I used to love using this app but in the last two weeks it has gotten incredibly slow to the point I have to log in via the web browser to move money around and check balances. It's not an internet connection issue, it is an app usability issue. I had hoped recent updates would resolve the issue but it really remains unworkable. Very disappointing

The authentication process started right after I keyed in the first number of my access code, causing the wrong password errror every time, and I had to reset my access code and move my money around on the web. Can't access the app at all. There is no proper way for us to raise issues related to the app either.

Pros: works smoothly and no crashes,, shows balance after each transaction, good interest rates. Can edit reoccurring payments easily. Cons: No option for ANY notifications. In this day and age, this is a security issue. No option to pause reoccurring scheduled payments. App features have not changed much at all in the decade I've used.
