Won't let me log into my account. Whether I try to re-register or reset my password, I get stuck in a loop of entering the one time code, and then not being able to log in again. Went to an Optus store and they had no idea what was wrong. When I logged into their desktop in the store, all of my information was there. It's not even just the app that isn't working, it's also my phone's browser and the desktop version as well. My phone is up to date and the app is up to date. Horrible, 0 stars.

App works fine, however the most recent update changed the widgets, previously there was one that took up 1 row, but now there's only an option for one that takes up 2 rows, I don't think this is necessary for the little information that there is on the widget, I would prefer a widget that takes up less space

it is ok. a bit clunky and can go in loops for basic information but functions well enough. You will need to disable notifications as the app abuses the notification categories and will still send you marketing and ads even when switching off those categories. It will also almost always hold a badge notification as well to draw your attention to it (especially during sales) but will not have any notification present when opening the app. Marketing is a little unethical. Otherwise, Ok
